1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across all locations in India.
International shipping is not available at this time.


2. Shipping Charges
At SHEATA, we offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders, regardless of order value or location within India.


3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1โ€“2 business days after confirmation.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email/SMS once the order is placed.

  • Orders are shipped Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).


4. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery timeline: 3โ€“7 business days, depending on your delivery location.
Please note: Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.


5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be shared via email/SMS.
You can use this link to monitor the delivery status of your shipment.

7. Delivery Issues
If you face any delay or issue with delivery:

  • Our team will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue quickly.


8. Damaged or Missing Items
If your package is received damaged or has missing items:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Email us at support@sheata.com with your order number and photos
    We will offer a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.


9. Incorrect Address or Missed Delivery
Please make sure your shipping address and contact details are accurate.
SHEATA is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
