1. Overview
At SHEATA, we want you to love what you wear. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return eligible items within 7 days of receiving your order.


2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • The return must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided.

  • Items must be returned in the same condition you received them.

Note:
Returns are not accepted for:

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Products damaged due to misuse


3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at returns@sheata.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will guide you through the process and provide the return address.

  3. Ship the item back using a trackable courier service.

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item.


4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You will receive an email confirming the status of your return.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Note:
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it and place a new order for the desired item.


6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@sheata.com

  • Include clear photos of the damage or defect

  • We will offer a full refund or replacement at no extra cost


7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your bank or credit card company

  • If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, contact us at support@sheata.com
